| The 2006 Early Childhood Networking Meeting, Implementing Comprehensive Systems for Early Childhood, will be held Monday and Tuesday, September 25 and 26, over 2 full meeting days. The meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Reston in Reston, Virginia. |

| The meeting will provide an opportunity for early childhood partners to come together to discuss and develop strategies for moving forward on implementing comprehensive systems for early childhood. |
| |
Partners who should attend the meeting include the following:
- State Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems (ECCS) grantees
- Healthy Child Care America (HCCA) System Partners
- National Training Institute for Child Care Health Consultants
(NTI) graduates and State Child Care Health Consultants (CCHCs)
- State Child Care Administrators
- Head Start Collaboration Directors
- State Public Health Administrators.

| As a condition of receiving the ECCS grant, all ECCS grantees are required to send at least one representative to the meeting. |

| Meeting registration is required for all participants. There is no registration fee associated with this meeting. The deadline for preregistration is Friday, August 25, 2006. After this deadline, we ask that you register on site at the meeting. |

| Resource Materials |
| A resource area will be available at this meeting. Please feel free to bring your materials and place them on the resource table. Plan to bring 100 copies of your materials. You may also ship your materials directly to the hotel. |

| General and Breakout Session Materials |
We ask all presenters to e-mail their handouts and PowerPoint slides ahead of time to the Conference Management Center (CMC) at
hcca-eccs@ccb-cmc.org no later than Tuesday, September 12, 2006. After September 12, please bring copies of your handouts and PowerPoint slides with you to the meeting or ship them directly to the hotel. Produce 150 copies if you are presenting at a general session and 40 copies if you are presenting at a breakout session. Also, please put a copy of your presentation onto a CD and bring it with you to the meeting. |
