A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the Capital Hilton. The sleeping room rate is $165 per night (plus a 14.5-percent tax, for a total of $188.92) for single or double occupancy.

The room block cut-off date is July 7, 2009. After this date, rooms may not be available. Please make your reservations as soon as possible as the number of rooms is limited.

Hotel Policies

If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, you must notify the hotel 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance incur a penalty of one night's room and tax.

A major credit card or debit card is needed to guarantee your room reservation. One night's lodging and tax will be billed to your card. The hotel's check-in time is 3 p.m., and the checkout time is 12 noon.
