Information for Speakers

The Communications Management Center (CMC) would like to receive a copy of your presentation no later than July 10. Recommended presentation formats are PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Please e-mail your presentation(s) to stamspkr@ccb-cmc.org.

If you have materials to hand out for your session, please mail them to CMC, c/o Laura Morella, Suite 615, 1803 Research Boulevard, Rockville, MD 20850, by July 10. CMC will make 40 copies per workshop or 150 copies per plenary session. For any large presentations with numerous graphics, please submit these on a CD or via a zip file.

Speaker Biographies

To submit your bio, please e-mail a brief, one or two paragraph biography to Laura Morella at stamspkr@ccb-cmc.org. Or you may submit your bio at the time you register using the registration form. Either way, be sure to have this done by July 10. The biography should be in paragraph form and should contain career and educational information and any additional relevant information.

Audiovisual Equipment

Each meeting room will have basic audiovisual equipment, including:
  • a computer with an LCD projector,
  • a flip chart with markers,
  • a screen, and
  • a podium with a microphone.

Should you need additional equipment, please advise CMC by July 10. If you have additional questions or concerns about your presentation or need to confirm that it has been received, please send an e-mail to stamspkr@ccb-cmc.org or call (240) 399-8728.
